Appointments

Our appointments begin at 9 a.m. If you would like to request a specific veterinarian, please let the receptionist know when you make your appointment. We know that time is precious, and we will make every effort to keep you on schedule. We ask that if you will be late or need to cancel, please call our office at (502) 241-4117. We may be able to hold your appointment or schedule another time that is more convenient.

If you need equine veterinary services, we suggest you visit Jericho Equine of Louisville, Kentucky.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

From LaGrange, KY

Take I-71 South to Exit 17-Crestwood/Pewee Valley
At the top of the ramp, take a right onto 146
Go about 3-4 miles
Look for Crestwood Station & Beards on right (which means you are close)
We are on the right, next to the Bank of Oldham Co.

From Louisville, KY

Take Gene Snyder (265 North) to I-71 North, Exit 35A
Go several miles
Take Exit 14-Crestwood 329 bypass
At the bottom of the ramp, take a right onto 329
Go about 1-2 miles, until you come to a stop light
Take a left at the light onto 146
Go a couple blocks, we are on the left next to the Bank of Oldham Co.

OR

Take Gene Snyder (265 North) to Exit 30, 146/Old LaGrange Rd
At bottom of ramp, take a right onto 146
Follow 146 through Pewee Valley for 3-4 miles
At stop light, take a left over the RR tracks (by PNC bank)
At next stop light, take a right back onto 146 (Walgreens is opposite)
Go through Crestwood for about 1/2 mile, you will go through another stop light by CVS and Craig/Landreth cars
We are on the left next to the Bank of Oldham Co.

From Indiana

Take 65 South over bridge to Exit 71 North
Take 71 North for about 14 miles to Exit 14-Crestwood 329 bypass
At the bottom of the ramp, take a right onto 329
Go about 1-2 miles, until you come to a stop light
Take a left at the light onto 146
Go a couple blocks, we are on the left next to the Bank of Oldham Co.
